Superior's Service Department Manager Welcomes Fall With Top-Notch Service
Our highly skilled team of friendly technicians have spent the offseason learning the newest products and installation techniques in the market. We are fired up to put our knowledge and skills to use! Control your system online from anywhere! We are offering Smart Controllers with Predictive Watering Technology, which allows your clock to connect to the nearest local weather station. This means when the weather is cooling down, your system will water less, saving you hundreds of gallons of water and dollars spent. On the flip side, when things are expected to heat up, our system will adjust to prevent any burnouts or dry spots, always leaving your lawn looking lush and green.

Once temperatures rise and frosty nights become less likely, we'll start scheduling your spring irrigation startups, typically occurring from late April to early May.
Now is an opportune moment to assess your system, fine- tune heads and water distribution, rectify any water pooling or dry spots in the yard, and arrange for any essential repairs. Additionally, our technician will provide you with strategies to reduce water consumption and help you save money!
Technicians expel water from the lines during winterization to safeguard the system against damage caused by ice formation from freezing water within the lines.

BUNDLE YOUR IRRIGATION SERVICES AND SAVE!
Spring Startup: Startup each functional zone, adjust heads, set irrigation schedule, make seasonal clock adjustments, make recommendations and suggest any necessary repairs.

Midseason Checkup: Complete system evaluation, adjust heads and spray optimization, seasonal clock adjustment, recommendations and suggest any necessary repairs.
Winterization: Blowout the lines and winterize the system to prevent damage due to cold and freezing water.
SIP does not include: Repairs outside the scope of startup/midseason/winterization, replacement parts, in-home plumbing.
Additional fees for: Water features (i.e. pumps, ponds, fountains), replacement parts and additional services, return trips for extra repairs and backflow testing.
Pricing: Plans are for 12-monthly payments via ACH from your bank account. One year commitment required. Early termination will require balance due for services rendered. Programs auto renew annually, unless cancelled in writing.
Backflow Testing: Annual testing is federally mandated and enforced by most cities.
